ITINERARY

1. Pick up: at Trang Tien Hostel or Old Quarter Stree
2. DepartureTime:

• Morning: from 6.00 am 10 am (every hour)
• Afternoon: 12 noon, 1.30 pm
• Night: 09.30 pm, 10. 15 pm, 11 pm

3. Drop-off point: 411 Dien Bien Phu or Sapa Town Bus Station

SERVICES

1. Time limit and ticket cancellation fee

• Pay 100% ticket fee when you booked.
• For cases where tickets are booked but have not yet been paid, the bus company has the right to change the ticket location or cancel the ticket when necessary.

2. Time limit and ticket cancellation fee        

• 48 hours before departure time: No fee
• 48 hours – 24 hours before departure time: 50% fee
• 24 hours – 0 hours before departure time: 100% fee

TERMS

– For the benefit of customers and the company, customers should bring their ID card when using the service.

– Customers must be present at the pick-up point according to the instructions of the ticket sales staff at least 30 minutes before the departure time to check in. (In case customers book tickets in advance)

– Customers are not allowed to smoke in the vehicle.

– Customers do not bring dangerous goods, live and rare animals, goods banned from circulation such as weapons, flammable and explosive substances, or things with toxic odors into the vehicle.

– Customers do not bring prohibited goods on the list of state prohibited goods regulations

– Each passenger is allowed to carry 20kg of luggage. If it exceeds the prescribed limit, you must pay an additional fee of 5,000 VND/kg. Bulky machinery, televisions, computers, motorbikes… in the Company’s list of goods are not counted as carry-on luggage.
