INTRODUCTION

ITINERARY

DAY 1: HANOI – CAI RONG PORT – CO TO (EAT – / LUNCH / DINNER)
06:00: Car and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point at the Opera House and depart for Van Don in the direction of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Van Don highway. On the way, the bus will continue to pick up passengers at some fixed points on the journey such as: Rest stop Hung Yen (06:45 – 07:00), V52 Hai Duong (07:15 – 08:00) and you are free to have breakfast here. Continue to welcome guests at the Bach Dang bridgehead area in Hai Phong city between 08:30 – 09:00.

11:00: Lunch at Van Don.

12:00 – 13:00: You check in and board the train to Co To. You have about 90 minutes on the boat to travel to Co To. On the way, you are free to take photos with Bai Tu Long Bay, Quan Lan Island…

Afternoon: Arrive in Co To town, check in to hotel, rest. The car will take you to swim at Van Chay beach – a beach with a long stretch of fine white sand. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Van Chay beach is the most beautiful beach of Co To island. You can participate in activities such as beach soccer, volleyball…

18:30: Dinner at the restaurant. Free evening to explore Co To town at night. Overnight in Co To.

DAY 2: DRAGON’S Claw BEACH – HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / – -)

10:30: You gather at the hotel to check out, pack your luggage and prepare to go to the car to board the speedboat back to Van Don port.

13:00: Lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, you continue to board the bus back to Hanoi. On the way, stop to buy Hai Duong’s specialty green bean cake as a gift.

18:00: Car takes you back to Hanoi. End program. Goodbye customers, see you again!

Mandatory additional costs:

Surcharge of 150,000 VND/person with foreign nationality
Single room surcharge: 300,000 VND/guest/01 night (in case the guest registers to travel alone and cannot sleep with others) or due to the guest’s request to sleep separately.

TERMS

Children (need to read carefully to clearly understand children’s standards):

Children from 1-4 years old get free service: only charge 200,000 VND for high-speed train ticket (parents take care of all costs related to the child, do not take up seats on the bus). 02 adults can only accompany 01 child for free, from the 2nd child charged 50% (standard half meal and separate seat in the car).

Note:

If 01 adult accompanies 01 child traveling for free, this child must pay 50% of the adult’s tour price (50% standard for children is half a meal and a separate seat in the car. In case If you incur an attraction ticket due to exceeding height or age requirements according to specific regulations at tourist attractions, the family will pay 100% of the child’s ticket price).

Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (separate meals, separate seats in the car but must sleep in the same bed as parents). 02 children charged also do not have their own standard bed.
Children 10 years and older are counted as adults.
Notes on buying seafood:

When buying seafood, it must be stored in a sealed and clean foam box. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if you bring seafood into the vehicle that is not carefully packaged.
Do not bring any seafood into the cabin. The driver has the right to refuse to transport seafood if you buy too much seafood and there is no space in the trunk.

You can only buy insurance when the following conditions are met:
Book tour at least 2 days before departure date (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays)
Must send complete and accurate information about full name + date of birth
Be a person with Vietnamese nationality
Tourists (especially tours involving ships, trains, airplanes…) must bring legal identification documents (ID card/ID card/Passport). Children under 14 years old must at least bring a birth certificate. Children 14 years and older are required to have an ID card or passport.
You should bring medicine for stomachache due to diarrhea and medicine for common colds and fever
